National Seminar on Recent Trends inNanobiosensors - NBS -2018

of Madras, Guindy Campus, Department of Inorganic Chemistry hasorganised at two
days National Seminar on Recent Trends in Nanobiosensors - NBS -2018. The aim of the programme is to provide a new
direction and enrich young researchers to promote the applications of Nanomaterials
in the field of Nanomedicine& healthcare which will be useful for the
general public.
Prof P. Ramamurthy, Chairman of NBS-2018, Head of the Department,
Department of Inorganic Chemistry, gave the welcome address, Prof P.Duraiswamy,
Vice-Chancellor University of Madras gave the presidential address, Dr. V.Kasishankar
Drug Inspector MHFW, Prof. R. N.Goyal (retd) IIT Roorkee, Mr. K. Baskaran,
Deputy General Manger, ONGC, Mr. Anand Kishore Sharma, Deputy General Manger,
ONGC were the special invitees for the function. Dr. K. Pandian, Convener, NBS
2018 Associate Professor, Department of Inorganic Chemistry organised the Seminar
in a well-organized manner and Dr. A. Murugadoss presented vote of thanks.
